well, I haven't read your blog in forever it seems (ya...remember the days of you NOT posting...I'm still in that habit of "forgetting to check it")...sorry! Anyway, sounds like you are living it up, working hard, and everything in between. I am sure you are learning a lot while over there. I don't think any of us can or will understand what is going on over there....we can't possibly begin to imagine! I am grateful for the men over there, and feel sorry for families that end up sacrificing as well over here. I wish them home soon! Nice pics, though along the way...I especially enjoyed reading about the goals that are no longer being followed! HA HA HA
What a knot in your stomach.... Something you probably had thought about happening, but could not prepare for the actuality of. I am so sorry. For his family. For his friends.

I am grateful for those soldiers every day. I pray my husband makes it home from Afghanistan! Oh, the poor families of those fallen soldiers.
